Terms & Conditions

Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date. Dates are pending until confirmed via Email. If we cannot make your date we will fully refund your order.  

Price includes your personalized Celebration, delivery, setup and pick up. Celebration packages are for a 24 hour period. Availability is on a first come first serve basis. 

By placing an order with Creations By Emma Louise, you are doing business with Faasse Group, LLC and agree to all policies stated below. 

We reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.  

We want to meet your Celebration needs. Same day or day before orders will be based on availability and inventory and should be placed via phone not website. A rush fee of $25 will be applied. 

A $20 deposit is required on top of the packages you choose. This is fully refundable within 48 hours of pick up provided no items are missing or have been damaged. 

Missing or damaged lawn displays will be invoiced to the person placing the order. $10 per sign. 

• Do not move the displays
• Treat the displays with respect.  Please discourage people from playing on or around the display. Displays will not support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them. 
• Do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons may cause damage to signs. 
• Protect signs from any damage that might be caused from lawn care, animals, etc. 
• Please notify the honoree to not harm the display. Even if they do not like the display rented for them, the displays are not their property. Do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize signs as you are still responsible for them.

Purple Star Celebrations may be unable to deliver a Celebration during hazardous or severe weather conditions. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and other Acts of God that would put us, our clients or our lawn display in harm's way. If this occurs we will contact you and reschedule your delivery, or provide you with a full refund. 

Cancelations must be done via the phone. We understand that plans can change and sometime you must cancel.  You have the choice of receiving half of your booking rate or leave the full amount on credit for a future booking with us. 

Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:

• Wrong address provided
• Homeowner or business requesting us to remove the Celebration display
• Animals that prevent displays from being set up
• If HOA prevents installation of display
• Circumstances out of our control. 

Customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Creations By Emma Louise, and hold its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Creations By Emma Louise, rental agreement and/or performance thereof. The customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc, at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc). is groundless, false or fraudulent. The agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement. The payment of the invoice indicates acceptance of this Hold Harmless Agreement.
